Wobbel: the wooden toy that moves young and old is now at Noah's Toys! The Wobbel is a classic balance board that finds its origin in Waldorf schools, redesigned with a more modern and contemporary look.

The Wobbel stimulates balance and strength during play and use. In a playful way, but very efficiently, it supports physical awareness and balance. When using it as a training device, specific muscle groups can be isolated, while other exercises train big muscle groups. This goes for (young) children, adults and even the elderly.

The Wobbel is made with many layers of the best European beech wood (FSC), which are stacked and pressed under high pressure, and has a uniquely designed curve. Complete with a child-friendly finish, the Wobbel Original is finished with a water-based translucent lacquer. Because of the look and design of the Wobbel, there's no need to put away this toy as it looks great with any living room. Don't have a carpet or rug? Don't fret! Wobbel's EKO felt base helps protect floors and reduces noise while used during play. It is designed for indoor use, but can be used outside with sufficient care.

1.What can you do with it?

The funny thing is that only adults ask this question. Children instinctively know what the intention is and continue to use the Wobbel to discover more play opportunities. The Wobbel is what you imagine it is - a balance board, a swing, a bridge, a shop, a cabin, a stepping stone, a racetrack, a lounge chair, fitness equipment, a puppet, a small football goal, or even the back of an elephant. 

The Wobbel also promotes balance, creativity, and challenges any person, young or old, to move and play!

2.Why does the Wobbel cost what it costs?

Wobbel has not compromised on quality and only uses the best materials. Producing a Wobbel is a complex process that was sourced from the best wood bending factory in Europe. The Wobbel is made of pressed sustainable European beech wood, treated with water-based paints and varnishes. The EKO wool felt is a natural product. The pressed felt is mainly made from recycled soda bottles. 

3.Isn't it dangerous for fingers and toes?

Always let children play under adult supervision and let them get used to the Wobbel. Help them when needed and make clear what they can and cannot do with it. Beware of fingers and toes at the edges. Teach your child from the first time to never hold the edges. Provide at least two meters of free space (also between other children) around the Wobbel and place it on a flat, horizontal surface.

Make sure they don't wear socks or smooth shoes, otherwise they might slip and they could fall. Being barefoot or wearing non-slip shoes prevent slipping. Felt is a natural material and is subjected to wear. Make sure your children don't put these materials into their mouths.
